Who We Are

We Are Digital Vision Ltd ("Digital Vision") operates DeepFrame as a Wix App Market application. We are based in Wales, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@wearedigitalvision.com.

Data We Collect

DeepFrame collects no personal data. It is a client-side hero widget: the 3D scene renders entirely in the visitor's browser. No information about your site's visitors is collected, stored, or transmitted to Digital Vision or any third party.

Settings Stored On Your Site

Your configuration choices — scene, colours, fonts, motion controls, and your heading and CTA text — are retained as standard Wix widget properties on your own Wix site. This data is held by Wix under Wix's own privacy policy and is not accessible to Digital Vision.

Third-Party Services

DeepFrame loads font files from Google Fonts to display the typeface you have selected; Google's privacy policy applies to that request. The widget runs on your Wix site and relies on Wix as its hosting platform. No other external services are used.

Cookies & Tracking

DeepFrame sets no cookies and performs no tracking of any kind.

Your Rights

Because Digital Vision holds no personal information about your site's visitors, we are unable to fulfil requests for access, export, or deletion of such data — there is none to act on. Settings stored on your Wix site are controlled by you through your Wix account.

Changes To This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Continued use of DeepFrame after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using DeepFrame you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app.

2. The Service

DeepFrame is a WebGL hero widget and a dashboard guide for Wix sites. It renders a 3D scene positioned behind your text elements (heading, subheading, and call-to-action), which remain as standard HTML.

3. Subscription & Billing

DeepFrame includes a 30-day complimentary trial. Beyond the trial, an active paid subscription is required to continue using the app. Billing is handled entirely by Wix through their standard billing system; Digital Vision does not process or store payment details. Current rates appear on the App Market listing before purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You may deploy DeepFrame on any site you own or manage. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

DeepFrame — including its scenes, code, and visual assets — is the property of Digital Vision. Content you provide (headings, subheadings, and calls-to-action) remains your property.

6. Disclaimer Of Warranties

DeepFrame is provided "as is". We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or consistent cross-browser performance. WebGL compatibility varies between devices and browsers; fallbacks exist for devices lacking 3D support.

7. Limitation Of Liability

Digital Vision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DeepFrame.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
